Oklahoma Writing Project is hosting the Oklahoma Fountain of the Muse Writing Workshop in honor of Dr. Michael Angelotti at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 4. You can click here to register for the event.
Writing sessions will be led by Dr. Danny Wade and Dr. Bonner Slayton from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Oklahoma Redbud Room, Norman Public Central Library, 103 W Acres St, Norman, OK 73069.
Afterwards, attendees will share and celebrate Dr. Angelotti over an early Italian family style dinner beginning 3:45 p.m. at Gaberinos, 400 Ed Noble Pkwy, Norman , OK 73072. Please note the dinner will be Dutch treat.
Dr. Angelotti was Professor Emeritus in English Education with the Department of Instructional Leadership and Academic Curriculum in the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education at The University of Oklahoma in Norman. He also served as director of the Oklahoma Writing Project.
