oh, how wonderful it is to know so many writers
innovators, the disruptors, the game-changers, and the paradigm shifters
enveloped in a collaborative community of educators, writers, artists, actors, speakers, and more, who’ve found the time and space to learn from each other
as close to nirvana as I will ever get
a transformative process for my writing and teaching,
want to be a better teacher
grown as a teacher, a writer, and a friend
I have found my people, so many good friends, members of my tribe,
remind me why this work matters
sharpened the way to truly “see”
gifts of knowledge
I can be bolder and braver
given a taste of what it is like to have a superpower; bravery
a Hogwarts of teacher professional development,
hope to attain/gain some of their magic
hope to evolve
joy is the word that comes to mind
scariest things ever endeavored have led to the most abundant growth and fullest joy
my heart has been ripped wide open – my thoughts, fears, joys, pleasures and pains
allowed vulnerability in an atmosphere of radical encouragement
vibrant creativity and safe experience shared generously each day
seems like a long time
traumatized; invigorating
pushed my limits to the edge; fire is fueled
not enough time
no matter what side you are on
life changing experience
it fills my cup, filled my cup so thoroughly
feeds my soul to be with likeminded
I depart sated, having gorged on plentiful feasts
